All that is required to set-up our spas on site is a 13 amp socket (standard 3-pin plug) and a water supply, we will then fill the hot tub, sanitise it using a patented environmentally friendly formula and leave it for 24 hours to heat up, the hot tub will then be fully heated and ready to use!

The Fiordland and Tuscany bubble hot tub spas are designed to fit in the smallest of locations as these hot tubs are built on site so there is no need to even have a back gate. The King is the larger of the two hot tubs and requires access through the rear gate, garden, side entrance and it needs to be wide enough to deliver the hot tub on its side – we can also provide a pre-installation site inspection, please contact Hire Hot Tub Scotland for further information.
In order to fill your hot tub with water, we would require preferably an outdoor tap; however an indoor tap is sufficient. We provide all the necessary hoses and connections. Should you wish to use the hot tub that evening we would recommend using your indoor hot water tap so that the heating process can be speeded up? In normal circumstances the hot tub will take anything between 15 – 24 hours to reach bathing temperature if using an outdoor tap.
Each hot tub comes with a 3 meter single standard 13amp plug with an RCD breaker for additional safety. The power supply can either be an indoor or outdoor socket. An extension cable can be used, providing that it’s supplied by you as we are unable to provide due to health and safety. Should you require outdoor weather cable box (if using an extension), please notify us prior to delivery
We require a flat level base to site the hot tub; this can be slabbed, concrete, blocks, grassed or any firm hard standing surface. If you are looking at placing the hot tub on either a wooden deck or a balcony, we would recommend that you contact us first to discuss total weight and restrictions. We can provide a pre-installation site survey if required.
We have a choice of three hot tubs which are all suitable in locating in the tightest of spaces, if you are still unsure, then please contact us and we can pre-arrange a site survey.
